This document is an enumeration of things I’ve done, things I’m doing, and things I care about.
I grew up in South Jersey. Was a very average kid in the ‘burbs. Played every sport under the sun and loved the outdoors. Went to Northwestern for undergrad where I studied astrophysics with a minor in italian.
Moved to New York in 2020 (I was the one knucklehead moving to New York during covid) with my first job teaching middle school science. Worked a few jobs and got my master’s in data science from CUNY.
Nowadays I work as a data engineer. I love being able to work at the knife’s edge of data engineering and data science. I enjoy solving problems and mentoring others. When I’m not at work you can find me either running, climbing, reading, or playing music!

This list is not exhaustive. There may be other qualities in a person that I still value, such as Openness) that just didn’t quite make the list. I tried to prune this down to a reasonable number to avoid having a spiraling list. Five felt like a good number.
